Instructor Harriet Rocha leads the Zumba Gold chair class Monday morning at the YMCA in Hilo. The whole workout is seated for low-impact fitness. Rocha conducts the Zumba classes at the YMCA from 6:30-7:30 a.m. Monday through Wednesday and 11 a.m.-noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For more information, call 935-3721.
